Domestic (US) Shipping Economy service is UPS BASIC and time in transit is 1-7 business days (from Chicago.)
This service starts with UPS and is then fed into the USPS delivery system. Packages sent this way will be left at a doorstep just like regular mail. Faster services can be selected for a charge.
International Shipping
We now ship with USPS Priority Mail International. It is expensive, but please understand that we are unable to ship via flat-rate, as flat-rate envelopes do not have proper tracking and have a tendency to disappear!
You can calculate shipping time for yourself at USPS.COM, but most packages will arrive in 1-3 weeks.
Express mail will be sent either USPS Express or UPS Expedited. We are very experienced with international custom forms for individual countries, and we do mark them accordingly, in order to avoid excess taxes. Almost all of our international packages make it through tax free!
NOTE: Any Taxes and/or Duties are the Buyer's responsibility!!!
We do accept returns, but please contact us ahead of time and let us know. We offer a 14-day return policy. Customers must contact us within 7 days after delivery to obtain authorization.
The item must be returned in the
original box, complete with all packaging materials and tags (if applicable.)
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. Items will be inspected before a refund is issued. We strongly suggest that you insure the package in case of any damage (insurance fees are non-refundable). You must pay to return the item and if you return an item with free shipping your refund will be less $6.50 to pay for our original shipping cost. If you originally had to pay shipping we will refund only the product cost.
Q: Do you have this item in any other sizes?
A: We list all of our available sizes/colors/styles on the item's listing. If a size does not appear in the drop down, that means we do not have it in stock.
Q: When will you be getting more of a particular item?
A: It is very difficult to determine what items we will receive next. We add new merchandise daily as it becomes available to us. The manufacturer sends us many items at once, so we are unsure if/when we will get any one specific item. Typically, we send out a weekly newsletter with New Arrivals. Q: Can you put my name on a blank jersey?
A: Fashion For Play does not offer customization of any of our merchandise. All items are sold as they are pictured in the listing.
Q: Are your jerseys "real"?
A: Yes, everything we sell at Fashion For Play is 100% Genuine. We source our products directly from the manufacturer. Because we buy in such high volume, we are able to receive special pricing that we can then pass on to our customers! Our products are the same as you may find in the NFL & NBA stores. Since we go directly through the manufacturer, we are able to cut out the middleman. We can say with confidence that each of our items is 100% Genuine. Buy with confidence that you are getting the real deal!
Q: Why is international shipping so costly? Can you mark my item as "gift" so that I can avoid customs fees?
A: We understand the frustration with expensive shipping costs. We charge what the Post Office charges us. Although first class mail is less expensive, first-class mail does not offer tracking. Therefore, we must ship using higher-priced international mail because it offers tracking. It is extremely important to track packages, especially international packages because of the high cost associated with undeliverable packages.
International Buyers – Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as 'gifts' – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Q: Do all of your items have the original tag attached?
A: Fashion For Play only sells brand new, manufacturer-direct merchandise. While many of our items are tagged, some merchandise comes to us prior to being tagged for retail. Please be assured that everything we sell is Brand New!!! If an item has a tag attached, we do specify that in the item description. If not, we only specify that it is New.
