      We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied feel free to send back the purchased product.

      How To:

      You must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting us at support@fanletic.com or cs@fanletic.com. The RMA must be generated within 14 days of receiving the product. We must receive the item within 30 days of delivery to you.

      The RMA number should be placed on the outside of the shipping box.

      Return postage is the customers responsibility.The method of sending back an item is up to you (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc). We do suggest your receive a tracking # and insurance on your package.

      We do not accept returns for items that have be worn or used.

      Items must be sent in a proper shipping package. The shoe box is not a shipping package. The shoe box itself must be covered by another method of packaging. Any tape or shipping label directly on the shoe box makes it unsellable and will result in the full product refund not being sent. We suggest shipping back the item in the same package or similar package it was sent to you in.


      Refund- A refund will be sent back to you for the product value only. The shipping amount if applicable will not be credited back.This includes Express shipping costs.

      Exchange- We will exchange the product for you and we will not charge you to ship the item you are exchanging for.

      Store Credit- A store credit if applicable will be put onto your account for the full product amount along with the original shipping charges.

      Please allow 3-7 business days after tracking shows delivered to us for your Refund or Store Credit to be sent. Please allow 7-14 business days after we receive your exchange for your exchanged item to arrive.
