No one ever emails back when you try to contact them. I needed to cancel them but no one answered my emails, then I emailed to return them, still no email. This company lacks customer service big time.
I love the material and the way it’s structured and sewn together. Feels very high quality and great price! Delivery took a little longer as the delivery date kept getting pushed back but that’s on USPS and not the company. I’d attach a photo but I’ve already wrapped it for Christmas. Just know it’s just as described :)
I ordered this coat and never received. I emailed fanletic two times and have not received any response! So I can’t tell you how I like the coat because I don’t have the coat.
