I have written 3 times for a refund. The item I received for my $34 purchase was a pair of Walmart slippers with a $19.99 tag on it. They are hard and uncomfortable and not flexible like crocs or slippers. I have requested a refund 3 times and have not received a reply yet.

This company is an absolute joke. If you look up the Better Business Bureau ratings they are not even accredited and they have an F. I tried them out. I ordered some products. This Niner youth hoodie never showed up and said I got chargers pants I returned the pants with the prepaid UPS label they gave me, never the product never once responded three weeks and they say oh I tried to search for email. It’s not in there. Bunch of con artist. This company is an absolute joke.
Hoodie nice, stitching around pocket was coming loose on first wear, otherwise good product.
